jkumpire Posted June 4, 2015 Report Share Posted June 4, 2015 Hi Folks! I have a rather unique problem I need help with. I have a new 2013 C-Max SEL I bought in late March with 5500 miles or so. Yesterday and today I had the following problems start. 1. Both the touchscreen display and dash display will not change the station numbers on their screens on AM or FM and sometimes on Sirius. I can change the station by voice command or using the control, the screen will not post the changing frequencies. AM is stuck on 1070, and FM is stuck on 98.1. It seems like the screen is frozen. Kelleytoons Posted June 4, 2015 Report Share Posted June 4, 2015 First of all make sure there isn't an upgrade to your MFT software (you can check by going to the MyTouch website). You may also have to reboot MFT, although if your screen is entirely frozen it may require pulling a fuse (in which case I'd take it to the dealership). MichaelM Posted June 5, 2015 Report Share Posted June 5, 2015 (edited) I had this same problem a while ago. It generated an error code that came out meaning no comm to the sd card. I went to the dealer because there is a warranty extension for the APIM module. They replaced the SD card but it was not under warranty, so they charged me full price for the card. You can check for software updates by logging into your account at www.owner.ford.com After you’ve logged in, select the SYNC & HOW TOS tab then select CHECK FOR SOFTWARE UPDATES.
