john miggins Posted March 9, 2020 Report Share Posted March 9, 2020 My Ford C-Max Hybrid Energi has a dead battery, I tried to charge it and replace it but display is dead, key will not work, doors cannot be locked and I cant get it into neutral to tow it to dealer. is there a mechancical override to get the transmission into neutral to tow it? not sure why it died, it is on an incline with front higher than rear, I think I left the motor on for 2 hours and drained it . what do I do?
