I have been seeing Ford commercials daily here in the Northeast that do mention the CMAX. Maybe they are starting to push it again.

Well now how are all the dog walkers supposed to pick up their pets excrement?

My 2013 SE is showing as a 2014 Energi this morning also. Must be a glitch on their end.

I meant to imply that the owner may pursue litigation against Toyota over the incident, not that he had done anything suspicious.

I get the feeling this isn't the end to that poor guys story.

I think that means if YOU owned a CMAX but had already sold it. You would then be the previous owner due the rebate because your sticker would have had the old MPG when you purchased it.

Those rims look nice but might cost us a few MPG on our hybrid versions of the CMAX. I Like the tri-fold rear seats too.

My 16 year old son made me do it! I was in the midst of a run that I believe would have put me into the 700 club. My son just started driving and I let him drive this AM on a chore trip. When the gauge hit yellow he got on me about how irresponsible I would be if we ran out of gas. Imagine that. HIM telling ME I would be irresponsible! So he shamed me into stopping before I was ready. The pic below shows where I was at. The MTE was showing 58 and that I had used just 11.78 gallons. A refill confirmed what I thought and that was actual fuel used was 12.43. That still left me with just over a gallon left. The computed MPG after fill up was 51.58 MPG calculated. It would have been right on the edge so I planned to carry a spare gallon with me. Oh well............maybe next time. At least he showed me a very good sense or responsibility!

If you read it on the internet it MUST be true!

The low fuel warning should be the gas pump symbol turning yellow then red as you drain even more. Is this not happening for you?

I've seen many of the videos and know my issue is swinging from "over the top" , and thus cutting across the ball. The proof of that is in my divots. So as I try to correct for that, I end up coming from the inside and often strike the ball with the toe of the club.I'm sure I could correct it if I spent more time on it. Trouble is I don't have enough time to be out there more.

I think my CMAX is in better shape than my golf game :swear: Why oh why wont that slice go away........................

Anthracite would be my choice.

Jus- Is there any ill effects from running it out of gas? Since there is no starter for the ice, did the fuel pump kick on before the ice tried to run to get the fuel to the intake? Seems like getting it restarted from an empty tank might be tricky without a starter, no?
