Yeah, but what's your *running mpg*.....the # that comes up when you first log on to Fuelly? I think it says that's the average of your last 10 (?) tanks.

Maybe if we all moved to Cali, we'd stand a chance of coming close to your numbers. But given the cold for 3-6 months a year for some, hills for some, it'll be doubtful, I think. Plus it takes a certain mentality (no, not NUTZ) to have the focus and determination to pull that off. Not everyone has that. But then again, who the heck knows? These are uncharted waters we're traveling in. I just think it's cool!

Hi Doug, and welcome to the forum. If you have one of the *newer* C-MAXs that were built after mid February, you should have the SYNC version 3.5.1, which would have a clock in the top center of the main screen. The older versions of SYNC have the smaller clock on the right info screen. If you have the newer version, there may be something in the settings menu to bring the clock back to the main screen. I've not had 3.5.1 long enough to play around with it. I bought my car in November, so it had the older version of SYNC. I'm sure someone else will chime in here. Good to have another Michigander on here!!

Given the problems others have posted aquasax, I would take it back for a *do-over*! And I have to say, all these issues with different dealerships and slipshod service is very upsetting! It makes be grateful for my dealership, and the excellent treatment I've received so far, but sad for all of you who have less than stellar service.

I printed off post # 1 of the 600+ mile club and took a couple of copies to my dealership yesterday. I had a bunch of salesmen hanging around, and boy were they impressed. And their eyes bugged out on stems and spun around a couple of times when I told them you had broken 800 yesterday and hadn't filled up yet!!! :drool: I know your wife thinks you're nutz, but the rest of us are fans! I truly wish someone from Ford would contact you. This info could have a huge positive impact.........and take the sting out of some of the less than positive ones. Congratulations!!! Now go shoot some golfs :hysterical:

I'm gonna have to call them tomorrow for an interpretation of how they entered it all. I will type it all out later. Bottom line, they said to SYNC my phone and go all for broke.....we'll see what it does over the next few days. I drove home thru torrential downpours with standing water everywhere, but it was sure nice to be driving home in the JellyBean.

He said he loved driving it home, but he'll be OOT for a few days before he drives it again. I was in the chair, with the nitrous mask on, my dentist with the novacaine needle poised to make me pain free, and in my nitrous haze I said, "So, I got a new car." :yahoo: Karen, the assistant, said, "Oh, what did you get?" (We were both previously Jeep Liberty owners.) Me: " A Ford C-MAX Hybrid!" My dentist just about jumped off his stool!! "REALLY? I'm picking mine up today!!!" :happy feet: And you pretty much know where the conversation went after that! Of course I left him with this forum's address and instructions to call if he has any questions :woohoo: Another C-MAX in Ann Arbor!!!

When we were moving from Duluth, MN to Milan, MI in 1985 we had a Subaru. My husband was seriously worried, for exactly the reasons you describe, Testdriver. Thankfully, we never had any issues, but all our cars have been American made since then.
