Hmmm, if you use the Engine type filter at the top, there are 135 Hybirds, 1 listed as L4 gas, and 3 listed as Gas. I think some may be misclassified....selected the wrong type on registration maybe?

What a flippin' nightmare Valkraider!!! I would contact Ford corporate offices with complaints on this dealership!! I sure hope the manager continues to follow your car until all is fixed to your satisfaction!!! W.O.W.!!!!!

I feel your pain brother! Mine is still in for the weekend......short road trip with my 88 y/o mother this morning in the Focus and I thought it would take a fork lift to get her out of it!!!! Plus it was loud and jerky in the starts.............but, as I kept telling her.......at least they gave us a car to drive............... BUT I miss my C-MAX!!!! For all the reasons you all know so well!

My technician told me that the first one he did .......not a C-MAX but a Fusion, I think............ took 10 tries before it was successful. If they are in fact, downloading this from Ford, maybe that's why they are staggering the release to everyone.....to avoid a massive drain on the system. And they may not be used to people getting so much updated information from a forum like this, or having access to the FordEtis site. That *letter in the mail* thing is old school :drop:

What Sd card version should I have after the update? A4 NAV card.
