Check it out and see if it applies to you, or if you want to try it. I haven't tried it yet....mine is working ok for the moment. Let us know!

Hopefully 3.5.1 will become available for the C-Max soon.... How different can they be?

Yeah, I know Jus. I've been watching, and the numbers say I could get 520 or so. We'll see. Asia has practice in A2 tomorrow, so there and back would give me at least 30 more. We're having Mother's Day lunch Sunday with old friends who are Ford retirees, so I'd love to show them a 500 + tank.... I was sooooooo happy with the 45! I mean, that's only 2 off of 47. That means more to me than 500..... so all those nay sayers can just shut -- up!!

Chinto, this sounds very similar to what's been going on with my SEL, 303A, built in November 2012. About 2 weeks ago I lost all control of the entertainment...........It wouldn't even turn on. No buttons, dials or paddles worked. Neither would my phone, even tho it showed connected. I drove to the grocery, shopped for about 10 minutes, and when I came back everything was up and running again. 3 days later the same thing happened again, and I drove it straight to the dealership so they could see what was going on. The technician disconnected, then reconnected the battery but that did nothing. Since then it has happened every afternoon this week. Now I go out about 4 and turn the car on.........nope, no radio or phone..........turn it off, and then by the time I leave to go home it's working again. They told me that 3.5.1 should correct this but there are differing opinions as to when it will be out. I'm with you........I can't figure out why, after 5 months of no problems at all, all of a sudden this? The only thing I can say is that 7 out of the 8 times it has happened, it's been in the afternoon with temps above 70*. I hope your problem is solved!!

I don't know if this is the same thing you are experiencing BWP, but my sound quits, along with the phone, altho the phone *shows* connected on the screen. No buttons, knobs, or paddles work when this happens. *Sometimes* after turning the car off for 10-15 minutes, upon restarting, everything is back online. This has occurred for me 7 times in the last 10 days. I've been told that the 3.5.1 upgrade will fix this. Could it be that yours is doing a *scheduled update? When that happens with mine the screen goes black and nothing works for a while. Then the Microsoft SYNC screen comes up with a progress bar across the bottom. Did you see anything like that?

Well, I'm glad for you Jus, that your GPS is working well...........esp in your line of work. You need a GPS that gets you to where you are going. :happy feet: But I confess to being annoyed at not knowing if my phone, radio, or..........heck, the whole SYNC system in my car.........will work when I go out in the afternoon. And I can't figure out what the he!! happened 2 weeks ago that made the wheels fall off (figuratively speaking, of course) :runaway:

Aw Thanks for noticing Jaz! I was giving Jus a pass by not calling him on the whole PA thing. Actually, I'm a transplanted Tar Heel wearing a Wolverine suit, residing in Milan with my husband, daughter, 88 y/o mother and my C-MAX!!! AAAANNNNNNNDDDD..............my current tank is 44.5 mpg. We'll be driving it to a Mother's Day lunch with some friends who are Ford retirees. I hope to pull of a 500 mile tank to show them. Right now it's looking good for 520 or so. :yahoo:

Ford Customer Care just told me that the update won't be out until the middle of June for the C-MAX. :censored: There must be a lot of folks calling, because I was on hold for about 20 minutes. :banghead:

I still don't get how some of those folks are getting in the low 30s tho.
