My covers are doing well. Drove to one of my custom in Maryland today (75 mi each way) and averaged 55MPG (53 there and 57 return) was 32 degrees in the morning and 55 in the afternoon. I wasn't trying that hard but really excited on the performance.

I've experienced the noise you mentioned when the car is off too. I'm thinking it's more of a pump but not sure what for. 38MPG seems unrealistic in a CRV. My coworker has a 2016 CRV and gets 26 and drives highway only daily.

I've noticed on my 16, when engine is running at a stop, and you start to go there is a bit of vibration type noises. This is due to the large amount of torq that's being transferred. Additionally the engine gets more fuel which makes it worse. One thing to keep in mind, While the engine is running the MG is running in Generator mode, and the Traction motor is as well to keep control of forward force. Once you start pressing on the accelerator pedal the Generation on the Traction is reduced and once at zero. I also have had a loud exhaust noise with a 2 bar acceleration while what i believe the car to be in Charge mode and around 15-30 MPH. Not sure if this is normal, but its pretty loud in the car without any music on.

I'll get the chance to test this when i make my trip. Lots of down hill runs at 80MPH

I had a cloud of smoke the other day too. It looked more like steam cloud to me.

That's a pretty good deal. How much more expensive is the mobile 1 filter then the Ford? You can save $3 if you get it but if it's $3 more it's not really a savings.

Count me in! With the warmer weather we've had brought my daily MPG to 50-52 and got me to the 600+ club. I still had 21 miles to Empty

I personally don't like the ECO button (ECO select) ithink there is a thread on here that goes over what it does. I also got a 16 and want to upgrade Sync3 to v2.2, but it works and I like the Applink, good enough for me.

I had to pickup some super glue that said it was good for rubber/plastic to rebond the Velcro to the mousepad price. The three on the drivers side came off today and one of the passenger side as well.

The lexan you have is the right stuff. I was thinking of getting some for some other random projects but a few sheets of 4x8 is pretty substantial.

I did have a couple extra squares of the Velcro kits you send Paul, I put those directly behind the license plate portion. I'll lookup the Velcro for Plastics and to get some extra holding. Paul, where do you get the Lexan sheets? I told my dad about the grill covers and he seems interested in doing that to his 16 Hybrid as well. Maybe he'll just buy another kit off you ;)

Take it to a dealer and tell them it squeaks when shitting down. If it's that new that it should be replaced under warranty
