  1. That's pretty low. I got 38.5 on two 9 hour drives at 80-85MPH while raining through mountains. My short trips that are spirited are usually 38 as well but are like 5 miles long
  2. I put the 2.2 update on mine as well and it's been problem free. Doesn't look like a map upgrade occurred as a road I travel daily still isn't there
  3. I would if I could :( I do use the avg mpg as my lifetime MPGs. Reset it when I got the car at 6k and it's at 12k now. I was at 47.1MPG but got down to 42 on my 1k miles trip on the interstate. Back up to 45.1MPG now :)
  4. I purchased a 13-16 Fusion Spare that came with the jack. Also got a 24" spare tire cover off amazon for it. The Jack is wrapped in cardboard and is recessed in the tire under the cover to make it easily portable.
  5. Thanks! Now i just need to find a way to mount it to the back of the hatch! Probably not a good idea since the motor might not have enough power to lift or would wear it out quickly.
  6. I would really like to see this site(and its siblings) move to HTTPS only instead of clear-text http. Free SSL certs can be obtained with Letsencrypt and a lot of web hosting systems have scripts built in to support auto renew of these certs and installation. My web-server I own has been using them for the last year and have been fabulous. :)
  7. Might be a good price. I got my 16 sel for $19k and it has 6k miles on it. It was a demo so no other owners.
  8. The jack is recessed in the tire under the cover and has a small cardboard box around it so it doesn't scratch the rim
  9. Your supposed to do this: Turn car on Shift to neutral Turn car off Car should be off While off some of the models may still be awake and this you need to keep the 12v battery charged. Every 6 hours I believe you need to turn the car on and force the ICE to start so it can lubricate the transmission.
  10. Welcome! I picked up a spare from a 13-16 fusion with jack off eBay and got a cover for it. Fits nicely and looks good. Only keep it when I go long distance
  11. On my last trip I had a long slow down downhill from about 80mph and around 40 it started spinning the ice, even after a complete stop it ran the ice for about 6 seconds before shutting down. This was with normal brake petal. This was before I had my scan gauge so I don't know what the RPM was but the mpg showed the usual 60 while stopped with spinning ice
  12. Just ordered me a shirt and Hat. Got the last shirt in my size it says. Hope they come!
  13. I would like more info on this ANC fix. I. It is that terrible noise too and it's always worse with people in car but didn't realize that till now Oh and Welcome!
  14. On my trip to Nashville I noticed that 2.5 bars is where the battery indicator switched from charging to discharging so it make sense that 2 bars is a good sweet spot for charge/assist. Above 2 it starts to assist more up to the equal of what the MG makes. Some hills were 3 bars for miles and at the top I had pretty low SOC Wheel covers would have helped on my trip I'm sure
  15. My dad also says the ECO select gives him better FE but I still can't stand it. I just got back from Nashville and I was doing about 86MPH in EV mode a few times. (Down hill of course) Also noticed once you get above 65MPH you have to let off of the throttle all the way to kick in EV. Well not all the way. But till there is no bar and your on the regen adjustment part of the throttle.
  16. Is there a spot to hold the fob when the fob battery is dead to get it to start?
  17. Now only if we can have the Persuit mode on ours
  18. Considering the car is designed to withstand 1,000 lb of people I don't see huge concern. Car does say payload shouldn't exceed 900 lbs however.
  19. Hybrid is 13.5 gal and Energi is 14 for the window stickers. When I fill up my 16 SEL and the tank is red with no line above empty it takes 12.5 and usually says 30 miles left or so. Usually after hitting 0 miles you can go 20 miles depending on the car and driving conditions
  20. I drive 13 miles each way to my work and the lowest I got was 39 mpg with the grill covers. I think it was 9f degrees that morning and I had the heat blasting at 74F I always use recirculate. Really wish the Hybrid had electric heater like the Energi that would be used in tandem with engine for heat. I think that would be effective. And or a heat pump setup.
  21. ItDoesn't??? Then I'm not gonna even waste my time with upgrading then.
  22. My covers are doing well. Drove to one of my custom in Maryland today (75 mi each way) and averaged 55MPG (53 there and 57 return) was 32 degrees in the morning and 55 in the afternoon. I wasn't trying that hard but really excited on the performance.
