Are dealers compensated by Ford for warranty work?

Just curious.  I've taken my car in several times now for the updates, headliner recall, hatch reprogram, fine tuning the alignment, fine tuning body panel gaps, and soon I'm going to take it in to check out the AC compressor noise.

All of this work was done under warranty, but they've spent considerable labor hours.

Do the dealerships get compensated by Ford for warranty related work? Is warranty work frowned upon by dealers and not given as much attention as customer who paid for their repairs?

Thanks

Or changing the air in the tires. ;)

Wait, are you telling me you're driving on STALE AIR?!?! :gaah: That stuff might disintegrate at any moment! And then what would keep your tires up?

At least it's not air infused with hemp or marijuana keeping the tires inflated.

Our dealership is so busy we have to schedule an appointment for any type of service a week in advance minimum.
