Yes, there have been a lot of mishaps lately...almost had one myself last night coming home from dinner out. I said "My, that reindeer Christmas decoration is really close to the road" and then it looked up at me...that was a little too close. Sorry, about your max, but I too believe in karma and they will get theirs. Hopefully their vehicle looks worse than yours.

I usually listen to just one station and sometimes I get the Artist/Song and sometimes I don't. I think fotomoto is right about it is the local station, not the c-max.

Could this also have to do with rounding?...I notice when I go on short trips, 5 miles or less, perfect weather, using mostly EV, I can show e.g. 63 mpg and 0 gallons used. Of course I had to use "some" gas in that trip, but perhaps when calculating mpg it only takes the digits out so far.

Hey, does that also show the distance between you and the car in front of you in the windshield, or am I dreaming?

Has there been any documentation that most of these issues (dead battery), and I know not all, are occurring with the SE and not the SEL?

I keep mine all on one key chain in a separate compartment in my purse. I rarely, almost never, have to take my keys out as the house key is the only other key on there and I usually go in through the garage.

CassyD, the FE upgrade did improve my mpgs. Noticed it right away, but mostly on the highway. As the temps are dropping my mpgs are shrinking some, but it really hasn't gotten that cold yet. Not running the A/C is definitely helping keep them up there.

Many months ago, I had the radio come on when I started the car and had specifically turned the radio off when exiting the day before. But, have not heard of this. Please let us know the outcome.

I wanted to fill up as gas prices were down and as always, if I seem to try to wait that extra day or two they jump up $.50. According to the Miles to empty, I still had 80 miles to go...But, at least, this moves me up a little. I have tried and tried to get this larger, but no luck. It says: Trip 1 19:08:24 525.8 mi 325.5 EV 47.4 MPG 11.07 gal Total miles: 11857.6

I don't actually see that many c-maxers, but I do watch how they drive. I do also watch Prii drivers - and they don't seem to be watching their mpgs much. But, yesterday one took off ahead of me in the next lane...but I coasted past her on EV and wondered if she was also on EV and going that slow....

I was thinking that my door chime works fine, but did a certain test last night. When I am in park, and car is started, when any door is opened the chimes go off as well as the screen showing "...door ajar". But, if the car is in drive, although I did this with the brake applied, and a door is opened, there is no chime..maybe there should be. The screen does show "...door ajar", but that's all.

Don't know if this applies, but I had a rattle behind me, and it was the rear seatbelt that had come out of the bracket on the top of the rear seat.
