stupid thing with my former Prius is that it had everything except the AUTO function, but it you kept it in the ON position and turn off your car, it will shut-off in 30 seconds iirc. Worked each and every time. man do I miss the LED/turn lights and projector lamps - about the only thing I miss in it. I don't miss being labeled in a certain demographic for people who drive a Prius ;) :hysterical:

Weird glitch on the manual push bottom for AC ON as it doesn't correspond to the setting on the MFT Climate screen as it shows it's off. Plus another annoying thing is turning it on and everything is full blast and it's not even on AUTO, then Recirculate is on too. I've noticed the top part of the screen is blocked when I have my polarized glasses on. :drop: ;) my BMW has the same problem.

i do wish the seat heater was a push button system so it shuts off automatically when you turn it back on again. My passengers forget to turn the dial back to 0.

makes me wonder if this is a safety feature so it doesn't open by accident perhaps?

i just came in doing the same test as lowbar, same result requiring a 2nd kick. but it does seem like if it's locked and you do the kick within a short time of locking it - it only took one kick. weird...and of course the manual is a joke.

good point, each time it didn't open on the first kick or key fob i believe it was locked. i'll lube it tonight :hysterical:

when i had mine, i didn't care about mileage - it was all about getting there fast :shift: ;)

was your avg speed 35 mph? ;)

so it sounds like you have the same problem? i hear it pop but it doesn't go up until i press my button again or kick again...annoying.

It seems like 1/4 of the time now it doesn't open, I hear the click/unlatching but it doesn't go up. It doesn't matter if I use the remote or foot kick. Any ideas?

whoa i think i might have that issue - i thought it was lag from the stupid SD card. i have 3.5.1 and picked-up last week from a special order.

+1 why can't Ford like most car company make it on or off options - it boggles my mind on why it's so hard for them?

would it be weird that i was willing to forego heated leather seats for LED stop/turn lights - it's just something about LEDs that I like on cars a lot, maybe it's that instant-on effect.

i meant lock to lock turns, that you can tell a difference in diameter.

too bad they didn't do the LED brake/turn lights for 2013 when launched, plus projector headlamps.

i just remember, even today when i first drove the c-max it surprised me when i made a sharp turn or a u-turn. for a small car it does require a larger diameter.
