Where's it located, behind the glovebox?
  3. i've been getting less than 35 MPG, but of course I drive it like a normal person and I am not a hypermiler or baby it.
  4. thanks guys for the clarification on the cars wi-fi feature - it does seem like a redundant feature.
  5. i don't tether my phone since it's a hotspot aka wifi, so it's a weird feature in the c- max i don't quite get.
  6. i wouldn't even call it a footrest, just a oddly shaped piece with carpet on top... now on my BMW, that's a real dead pedal...
  7. Today I was just messing with the wi-fi/internet connection and connected it to my cellphone's hotspot, was there something supposed to happen? Curious to what's the purpose of having the C-Max connected to the internet anyways, download apps, system updates etc.? I just got the car on Monday, still learning all the cool stuff in it.
  8. this...i see no reason to get one. i just use a microfiber with endust anti-static screen cleaner, works great.
  9. yeah the car has a lot of weird quirks and like you previously mentioned, a poorly written and worded manual - maybe it was outsourced to China for the copywriting ;) hope on my new model, i have a lesser chance of the battery dying on me?
  10. nice! i'm in central Ohio myself - the temp should show up automatically?
  11. off -topic just a pic of my new C-Max SEL I got on Monday :) yeah i know i'm rocking on the MPG! ;)
  12. I know there's one in the center console, storage bin and rear hatch area. Does any of them turn off after about 30 mins or so? I did test it out for 15 mins and my radar detector was still on.
  13. ;) it is poorly written for a car with so much technology and features.
  14. LOL! I know right, Mckinley thinks I have nothing better to do than read over 500 pages in a day :hysterical:
  15. No Really? I haven't thought about that  I just got it yesterday...calm down.
  16. What's that funnel at the hatch area where the hidden compartment is at? Lots to read in the manual too.
  17. mystery stuff sometimes does drop into the car. my BMW had a nice German screwdriver under the seat - it was a good find!
  18. So I just got my SEL with 302A package today, what is that clip like thing inside the glove box door? is it suppose to had an air pressure gauge?
  19. those kinds of filters will hi-flow more dirt/dust into your engine. don't waste your money.
  20. good memory - it is true, but i do own a 2010 BMW and 2012 Jeep GC w/ Hemi 12 city and 19 highway that both suck gas like there's no tomorrow ;)
