RachelnLa
Have you named your car? Do tell. Have you named the sync woman? Can you change the voice? I'd love to hear a man talking to me with a deep southern drawl. Laurel
Laurel
Well Rachel you know that my C-Max is called TIP short for The Ice Princess as she is Ice Storm in colour. TIP suits here--calm cool and collected. I wish we could change the MFT voice as I would like Elvis' voice talking to me.LOL
Jus-A-CMax
Max for Maxine. Kinda reminds me of the "Max" from MI1 - sophisticated lady, just can't bloody well understand my accent. Hold nothing against her. Mind you, at least Carla (our Jaguar navigation voice) came with an assortment of accents - English, French but no Aus. *sigh*. such a neglected country.... :waiting:

C-MaxJaxon
I do not name inanimate objects. Maybe I'm too logical thinking or maybe I'm a boring person. Altazi
SBGrad
I don't usually name cars, but syncmyride.com asked for one when I filled out my profile, so I put in 'Grey Ghost.' I definately HAVE named the Sync voice. In 2001 the computer was Hal, so the C-Max is Halle. Before we got the C-Max we used a Garmun Nuvi for nav. On that one I used the English woman's voice, and we called her Moneypenny. Amazingly, my wife, who doesn't go for anthropomorphizing, started called her that as well. Adair
On the C-Max FB page, someone made a derogatory coment about the C-Max looking like a jelly bean..........I kinda liked the reference, so mine is Jelly Bean, or JB for short. We used to have a TomTom gps which gave you voice choices. The one we used most frequently was *English Lori*, so the next generations were all called Lori. SYNC voice sounds nothing like that, so I have no name for it yet. roninsd

C-MaxSea
Laurel, hello up there in BC, hope my fish images don't offend anyone. I will have to pull them off if they do. Love all of the colors ford came up with - made it a tough choice. A beautiful Ruby Red "Lil Red Wagon", R & V. Nick

CassidyB
Since the body style is European in nature, we went with a British TV character name. Her name is Patsy. Can you name the show? valkraider
I am not sure what kind of people would be offended by pictures of fish, but I am reasonably sure they probably should just keep their computer and TV turned off and maybe just stay indoors.
