fotomoto
6 months old + 12,000 miles including 2,500 mile long trip with the kids = time for a detail. Washed, waxed (scratch that, I don't wax since I applied opti-coat 2.0 shortly after buying), and cleaned/detailed the entire interior (including leather seats) with 303 Protectorant (as recommended by this forum) and microfiber towels. Final step was the windows and screens (overspray). It's a new car again! Edited September 1, 2013 by fotomoto

METROMAN
Installed some rain vents / guards, or whatever you call them. Having the one touch down windows sure doesn't work very well when you're trying to lower them for these tho. LOL

ScubaDadMiami
Me, to the guy at the Costco exit, when I noticed it raining: "Do you know why it's rainining?" Guy: "Something to do with the clouds." Me: "No. It's nothing like that. It's raining, because I just left the carwash before coming here." Guy: "Ha, ha, ha." slampro
That's a Steinway? Wow...CMax - the wee lil car that CAN :)It's a B, commonly referred to as a parlor(baby) grand. The concert grand is a D, and is wider by a few inches. But the D will fit also, according to the tape measure. fotomoto
Installed my Hitch today :love_shower: Congrats as you just up the versatility of the vehicle immensely. I'll be using my hitch/cargo carrier tomorrow morning to take some refuse to the local trash drive. This avoids going to the rural dump where there is a great chance of getting a flat. C-Maxgo
I let my husband drive me around in Max. I broke my foot last week so I won't be able to drive Max for 6 weeks. I'm more sad about not being able to drive than anything else. Oh well it gives me more time to find some fun things like floor mats.

ScubaDadMiami
Although I already had a heavy inside cleaning done after coming back from North Carolina, I only did a bunch of washings to the exterior during the trip, and one more washing when I got back to Miami. Yesterday, I finally had the chance to take care of the exterior, with a nice clay treatment, polish, sealant, and carnauba wax. (Well, when I say "I," that means that I sat and waited in the lounge at the carwash.) My C-MAX looks like new.

fotomoto
Added a ScanGuage II. I haven't programmed the special X gauges in yet that will reveal some hybrid specific readings.
DaveofDurham
Last Wednesday - 16,000+ mile oil change and tire rotation. (We did the first oil change at 6,000 miles.) Also, had front passenger door speaker checked - it was bad and they ordered a new speaker. Last Friday - New speaker installed and 13C07 door chime update performed. Last Saturday - Back to dealer because yellow wrench (Powertrain Malfunction/Reduced Power) light came on Friday night. No codes or other cause found. Light has not reappeared. C-Maxgo
I rode in Max with my new Weather tech front floor liners. I really like the way they look and they will make clean up easier.
