  2. Thanks Paul, yes I've seen it. I have a heated garage so that's never been a concern plus I'm retired. In the winter I try to go out during the warmest part of the day when I can. I'm very happy with 42mpg.
  3. Yep, it's been three years and thirty thousand miles. 41.9 mpg and it has been flawless, other than light bulbs burning out no problems what so ever. I still love this car.

  5. Yes, to answer your question. If you shut your car off and restart it it won't effect your mpg's.
  6. My 2014 SEL has been trouble free so far and I'm sitting at 29,000 and 35 months. I need to look and see if I bought 5 or 6 years of warranty. I love my car but I won't keep it a single day without a warranty.

  8. My car goes in to EV+ on my way home every day and leaves the battery close to empty. Is that what's going on with your car?
  9. Paul, I occasionally find myself waiting on my wife and if you shut the car off when you park and then restart it as long as you sit there it won't have any effect on your mpg's as long as you shut it off and restart it before you leave.
  10. For what it's worth, I roll my windows down to air out the interior then turn the AC on and roll the windows up and let it cool off. I turn the AC off and on when needed. I can average about 70mpg in the city by doing this. If the ice kicks in to charge the battery I turn the AC on until the ice kicks off.

    Rear Carpet

    I just got home from the dealer because the piece of carpet on my right rear seat fell off. They had to order a new one but the guy at the desk told me it would take two days to fix it, how is that even possible? I could fix it in ten minutes. I'm pretty upset with the dealership.

  13. It happens to me from time to time. It has glitches, that's why they dumped Microsoft.

I called my dealer today about a cover in front of the right front wheel that has come lose and while on the phone I asked if they could do the latch recall and the tech told me it would be September before they can fix it. I was kind of upset and called another dealer who said Monday would be fine, they'll even rent me a car???

  16. I got a email saying that at the end of the month it's over, I have only used it a couple of times but I expect better from Ford.
