  1. I didn't reset mine two years ago and it looks like it last 5 min. Can you reset it with ForScan? Paul
  2. I put Ecopia H-T 422 on my wife 2013 Explorer and they didn't get any better MPG's than the OEM tires, but cost a lot more. If I get a new Escape NRG I will put Michelin ES on it if they have the right size. Paul
  3. I know you didn't want to ruin your CMAX MPG average. LOL :) Paul
  4. Made quick trip to Rochester, NY and back home last week using Interstate HWY all the way. Filled up in Gaffney, SC got 55 mpg, then filled up in Carlisle, PA got 56.2 mpg. Drove up to Rochester with weather conditions deteriorating dropping down to mid 40's and raining. Things got worse leaving with heavy downpours, headwinds and in the 40's, needless to say that killed my gas mileage getting 47.9 mpg filling up in Lexington, KY. Now With about 600 miles on current tank I'm back up to 56 mpg. :) Paul
  5. WOW! in less than two months Life Time has gone up again to 50.6 mpg. :) Paul
  6. What was the difference in MPG's between Michelin ES and General Altimax RT43 on your car? My Daughter replaced the OEM Goodyear tire with Coopers at the Toyota Dealer and lost upwards of 10 mpg. She just replaced the Cooper tires with Michelin Defender T+H which seem to improved MPG's by a couple MPG's. Paul
  7. That's a pretty big hit if you ask me. I think I'd rather have 50+ mile range. IMO Paul
  8. If you had one of the OBDII Scanners you could reset it and tell what caused the Check Engine Light. Paul
  9. Well that is a ton of info. :) I think we have been this way 6 yrs. ago. :headscratch: I think we figured out what the minimum voltage was for starting the car. Paul
  10. Just filled up today and got 741.9 miles/13 gal/ 57.1 mpg. My Fuelly.com Life Time average just went up to 49.6 mpg and 236k miles total. :) Paul
  11. With EV+ I see in the morning quiet a few times with SOC 27%, it lurches to start. Paul
  12. Other than the transmission which was well past your warranty it would seem to me that you have done very well. I have never kept a vehicle past 100k miles in 50 yrs., most were time to trade in well before then. At 236k miles MADMAX has lasted longer than I would have expected especially given New Tech, obviously cars are being built better now. :) I don't know what I'm going to do with MADMAX when it finally dies. Paul
  13. How many miles do you have? Car is seven years old. Paul
  14. I agree with above comments, Michelin's get the best MPG's so any other tire your gas mileage will go down. Paul
  15. Great Job, well above the average MPG. :) Paul
  16. I have more traction at 50 psi than 38 psi and I have never seen wheel hop with this car. We have ABS brakes and Traction control. Paul
  17. I'm curious to see how much. :headscratch: Paul
  18. I know of one mechanic that was using 55 psi with his CMAX and the bursting pressure is around 200 psi. :) Paul
  19. I was getting 42 City mpg with my 2010 FEH, 30 Hwy and 35 mpg 55 mph State Routes. Knowing what I know now I could get a few more MPG's. Paul
  20. No Worries, :) A lot of miss info out there. We really don't know anything for sure. Paul
  21. Remember I talked to a Michelin Rep and he said if you are getting even tire wear at 50 psi. they said that was fine with them. Paul
  22. Gee, non of my tires were close to that bad, LOL you definately got your money's worth. :) Paul
  23. Plus3Golfer" The price one has to pay to save the planet. " IIRC Al Gore said we would be destroyed by Global Warming/Climate Change by now and he fly's around in a Personal Jet , I guess he doesn't really believe it either too. :) NASA deleted the press release from FEB. that I and a friend saw on FOX NEWS but I did find this on the NASA site; https://climate.nasa.gov/blog/2893/nope-earth-isnt-cooling/ Interesting they didn't say anything about the Solar 11 year cycle. Not in our lifetime. :) I'm changing my oil at FORD for $30 and checking everything too, probably should watch them to see if that is true. I've been changing oil every around 30k miles and oil analysis said I could go longer at 235k miles now. :) Maybe you won't need to check your oil but battery lose of capacity is a big deal. I might get a Escape Plugin, we will see early next year. :headscratch:
