Welcome and there is a lot of info here and there is a fordcmaxenergiforum.com also. Have fun driving your CMAX ENERGI. :) Paul
  2. Does this mean Tom's wheels have fallen off and can't get back on to reply? :headscratch: Paul :)
  3. In two months My Fuelly has gone up another .1 mpg. to 49.5 mpg, my Life Time average for the last about three years has been 54 mpg. This is an example of what can be done if you want to make the effort. :) I currently have 233k miles on MADMAX. Paul
  4. NO body has had this problem, get some locking nuts so only you can take them off. I agree with JAZ. Paul
  5. In less than two months it's up another .1 mpg avg. to 50.5 mpg. and 232k miles. :) If you really want too, you can do it too. Paul
  6. I need to take the time to put mine on jack stands and look. Doesn't do it all the time. Paul
  7. Filled up today and went 762 miles/ 13 gallons and 58.6 mpg with temps 70-94*F about 50% City speeds here are mostly 45-55 mph. About a perfect two weeks for local driving, some times work in your favor gas mileage wish. :) Just an example what can be done. Paul
  8. I replaced my battery myself and it seems the radio stays on for 10 minutes, I will try to time it. Paul
  9. I'm not aware of any HVB being replaced and with 232k miles on mine I think it is safe to say it will out last the car. :) Paul
  10. The battery indicator is for the HVB and this changes after you let the car sit for a while. Typically the battery would be cooling off and I think there is some battery cells voltage getting balancing out going on too. This is normal, what kind of gas mileage are you getting? Paul
  11. Have you tried injector cleaner? I changed my plugs at around 200k miles or about 100k ICE miles and my plugs were fine. I don't think you ever need to replace your plugs. Paul
  12. I drove about 3k miles this past week and had 4 fill ups which covered 2437.7 miles, mostly FWY's and averaged 54.4 mpg with Actual distance and gallons used, with minimal rain and A/C use. First tank was from Valdosta, GA to Deltona, FL via I-75, FL St. Route 42 and back to Valdosta, GA. Second tank was from Valdosta, GA to Newnan, GA to Charlotte, NC via I-75/SR16 / I-85 to VA I-77 exit #1. Third tank was on I-81, I-76 to Philadelphia then I-95 to VA I-95 Exit 104. Then back home via I-95/ I-85. This is just an example what can be done with temps 65-85*F. :) Paul
  13. I will probably go the plugin route, I still will hate to give up the MPG's. Paul
  14. I don't see the point of messing around, just get one piece lug nuts. They wouldn't be a problem in the future. :) Paul
  15. I went to the single piece some time ago, highly recommend it. Paul
  16. It makes more sense to get Mobil 1 IMO :) Lately I have been going to FORD Dealer to get everything checked, oil changed and tires rotated for $30. Also I do it at 26k-30k miles given the ICE only runs half that many miles and My BlackStone Lab test show that the oil is still fine. I currently have 231k miles on MADMAX :) Paul
  17. Great Job! :happy feet: You can have Fun and Get MPG's Too. :)
  18. And it keeps going up. :) We need for others that have Life Time Scores to Post so I can keep this up to Date. :) Paul
  19. I mentioned my videos in Post #5, I drove about 850 miles yesterday. I filled up in Valdosta, GA at Sam's getting Premium for $2.69, then drove to Deltona, FL and back to Newnan, GA about 640 miles and still have 50 miles to Empty. My average was 51.5 mpg, not bad considering I drove through two thunder storms which can wreck your mpg's. :) I ruffed it out and didn't use the A/C even though temps where up to 93*F and high humidity. BTW my Life Time Scrore went up to 50.4 mpg. Paul
  20. They used up inventory and there aren't anymore. :headscratch: Paul
