Vino, my fave! Most winemakers are surprisinly big beer drinkers as well, at least all the famous ones that I know and talk with. I gotta have the caffeine...I just had one today..a huge venti mocha frappucino after a slog at the gym...there goes the calories...here comes the calories..ha.7 That is very sweet of hubby, nothing like getting treated :) I think he will enjoy the car, its very different in someways and not in others....its special :shift:

I'll be dang....gues who I saw again today?!?!? Going south on Victory to North Hollywood.... That is the EXACT same car as I posted yesterday. Thats 2 days in a row....gotta get me a lottery ticket. This company looks like all they do is non emergency transportation...kinda cool but this guy was scooting today though, weaving in and out of traffic like a bat out of hell....oh..I guess the CMax is very good at that...got some guts :rockon: CMaxs are still rare in this large city of Prii Los Angeles :runaway:

You will...I have documented this many times with my long trips to Mammoth at various stages of my engine life. You will improve but don't lose heart if you're in the high 30s with lots of gradient/hills/mountains.... "hard to fight physics" as my wife says.

I've seen one about once a week, 2 at best in one of the biggest cities and travelling in and around 2 major counties. So it may be big but not in the areas that I play during the day. I'll keep looking for 'em though :)

Not sure if that poster is SoCal or not....or even legit, we've had some weird 1 posters with such negativity...jus sayin' As with any deals, you want to make the super deal and they want to make the money..the trick is to find honest brokers in the industry. IMO,Galpin is exception in my experience but for every post I make, someone will make a counter claim - thats just the way the internet is and its up to the reader to decide on the merit of what the poster is sayin...and this poster is sayin Galpin RAWKS :rockon: I wonder if that came from the top or what? I'll swing by Galpin and check if they're doing that too. Hmmh. IMO, thats bad news for the CMax...it just adds credence to the Internet crap aka CR that this is not 40+ MPG car when clearly the actual owners here are getting the mid 40s or better. I don't think any of the new owners especially the ones who never owned a hybrid, has any idea of how badly the cold conditions can effect the MPGs.

Its a great idea. I've seen the White Platinum with the black wheels - it was done by GAS (Galpin Auto Sport)...I thought I had a photo of it but I guess not...but its not plasti-dip and the real stuff. I find the color match OK but it reminds me of a street racer styling, which is cool for some but I like my wheels traditional alloy color. White with black wheels seems to be the hot trend. Post up the pic OP ;)

Yep, thats the earliest I have seen and at 7700 miles, you got me by 1000 miles atm but I think I'll catch and pass you soon since I picked up my car at the end of the first week in December. Its a fun car to hoon or to drive economically. By the way, I was weaving this car in and out of the freeways yesterday and could not care less about the gas and got scolded at 37MPGs but it was like fun, fun, fun.

No idea at this Adair but we all could choose any time slot between 8 and 2 or something like that and who knows, it would all depend on how many engineers Ford decides to send. Remember its a 2 to 3 hr event so its quality time with these folks :)
