    Salvage yards can be very territorial, I have a buddy that runs one, and you almost have to go look for the part you need. My daughter has an 2007 Tahoe with a broken mirror, the mirror its self is pretty cheap but the paint makes it cost about $400, $100 under the deductible, I have tried for a year to find one. They use the same mirror on about six different vehicles and only have four colors. You would think that it would be easy to find a gray one but I haven't found one yet.

    Here in the Indianapolis area the slow lane is 65 the middle lane is 75 the fast lane is 75 to as fast as you can go. I see cars going well over a hundred all the time. Once I ran my old Integra 145mph on 465.

    If you have to put your foot into it, it goes! I got my car on Halloween and winter in Indianapolis is cold but since spring I've had no trouble averaging 55 mpg with the ac on. The engine will still run but the trick is to make it run as little as possible, taking off and charging the battery and hills are the only time it will run once you get used to it. I didn't like the roof because it doesn't open so we didn't get it, so I can't speak to that.

    I have nothing but good things to say about mft, it does everything it's supposed to. The blaupunkt in my old 2004 focus sounds better than the sony but it has the factory subwoofer.

    Congratulations on the new car! I bought a rapid charger that plugs in to the power point that you can plug two cords into from Amazon, my wife likes to read on trips and streaming kills my battery. Enjoy your new "spaceship"!

    Welcome to the club! My car got along just fine last winter and we get cold and snowy here in Indiana, but I have a garage. But I had to leave it out for about a week when the temperature was in the -10 range and never had a problem.

    Try and drive nice and smooth, and use the eco cruise, you can also charge going down hill. I use enlighten and just try to stay blue. You should be getting between 500 to 600_miles per tank, I average about 580 but have went 620_before. I switched to mid grade gas and keep my tires at 40psi. And if you have no reason to hurry don't.

    Not yet, but the light stone does show dirt so I clean,them about once a month and I agree with Adrian_L the Meguiar's works wonders.
