  1. What a great story susanne! Recently I asked my father about the 66 Camero he helped me buy when I was kid. He said he wished we would have kept it because it would be worth some money now.
  2. I love the name Hazel. It makes me laugh because it reminds me of a sit com from the 60's called Hazel. Rainette is an unusual name. Does it have to do with the Ice Storm color?
  3. I love it! :hi5: Most of the time I can tell if a member here is male or female by the name they give their car. The men like to name their cars women's names and the women like to name their cars men's names. As I mentioned in a post a while back my car is named Max :shift: and my sync is Maxine.
  4. When you have the photo open in photo bucket right click it. You should see something like copy link. Click that line then come back to the forum in the post where you want to insert it. Then click the Image icon in the menu above. It's just to the left and below the smily icon. Then paste the link and click okay. It should show up in your post.
  5. It was recommended in another post to use Photobucket to upload your photos. That's at photobucket.com. You need to create an acdount first though. The photos can either be uploaded from devices or computers. This is the method I used and it works great. Thanks to Fotomoto.
  6. I keep my pocketbook between me and the drivers door for convenience sake. Of course this won't work if you have a large pocketbook but it's something to think about.
  7. I just realized that I saw a white C-Max a while back because it's in a previous post in this thread but the picture taken in the previous post was parked downtown. I checked the tags and couldn't quite make out the numbers but it may be the same one. I wasn't able to catch the eye of the driver because they came up on my left and passed me. Here's the picture:
  8. Congraulations on your new C-Max! It's great to have another Ice Storm owner. Enjoy your new car!
  9. I tried to download this on my Mac but it wouldn't take me to the download link so I am downloading it from windows instead.
  10. I'm finally a member of a club :skateboard: :yahoo:  :happy feet: :noobie: :gold_star: :headspin: :bliss: :play: :shift: Okay how many emoticons can we have ; ) ?
  11. I'm stacking up the good mileage this week. Here's a trip from last night while working to get my 500 mile tank.
  12. You are amazing Jus! :superhero: :lol2: I got the joke ;)
  13. I didn't realize mine was off until I pulled into my garage and heard on the radio that it was 12:00. My clock was 5 minutes slow. Humm... :detective:
  14. Sorry to hear about the spill but I'm glad you got it cleaned up!
  15. I agree with BWP's post. It's a pleasure to be a part of such a great group of people!
  16. Here's my best trip so far: :dogwalk:
  17. I'm glad you've gotten Jelly back! If your route to work tomorrow is on a highway with 65 mph get up to 65 and see if it goes into EV. If it does you got the powertrain update.
  18. :lol2: :hi5: You guys are hilarious! My husband and I have made our mpg into a little game. We try to outdo each other all the time. I drive most of the time :shift: and he loves :love_shower: it because he doesn't have to drive. But when he drives he gives me some stiff competition.
  19. It's nice to have a unique car though isn't it? When I visit my parents in Mercersburg PA i'll have to drive up to Gettysburg. If I see you I'll wave.
  20. Great picture and he is very pretty! If you stare at the bug it looks like he's been superimposed.
  21. LOL you can see traffic in your picture. But they were in front on me (; )
  22. Both of these trips were reset on the entrance ramps to the highway. I had the air conditioner set to 74 or 75. While I was driving the pre install trip the outside temperature was 79 degrees. I didn't notice the temperature on the second trip but it was about 1 1/2 hours later and most likely about 80 or 81 degrees. I know for a fact that the battery level was about 90% at the beginning if the pre install. I didn't stop to take a picture of the battery level on the beginning of the post trip. I drove from the dealership to the highway and knowing how i drive I have to guess the level was at least 3/4 full. The car was definitely warmed up before the pre install. If it helps to determine if the car was warmed up on the way from the dealership before I reset for the post install I traveled about 2 miles at an average of 35 to 40 mph. It's not perfect but hopefully it will give you an approximation of the FE. Please let me know after you read this information what you would estimate the FE.
