I spotted two today. Both were the same color. The first one I saw while I was sitting at a red light. I wound my window down and waved. It wasn't safe for me to look to see if he/she saw me but I had to wave. Then I parked beside one in the parking lot of Sam's Club. I wanted to take a picture but got distracted. umph.. :confused:

Thanks Jus-A-CMax. I'll try that. :salute: The picture :camera: below was taken last night on interstate mixed with traffic lights with a speed limit between 35 and 55 mph. The streets were mostly flat with some minor bridges. :shift:

Hey Jus you need to write a book on how to get the maximum mpg while driving a C-Max. :worship: I would buy it! :shoppingcart_:

Here's another good driving day. My husband couldn't keep his eyes open the whole way. He ran in the house and took a nap, literally :hysterical:. This trip was traveling on mostly flat roads with speeds between 25 and 45 with traffic. I'm starting to get the feel of the P&G a little more but yesterday driving at 25 mph average I had a hard time charging the battery let alone keeping it charged. I'll have to work on that route. Here's the proof:

I have an old Motorola Razer 3. It's listed as a compatible phone. It works perfectly with 3.1.3 and 3.5.1.

I had trouble with an address that I had to re-enter after the update. It also wouldn't show some of the numbers on the street I needed so I went on the internet to Mapquest.com and sent it to sync services. The next time I got in the car there it was. Then I added it to my favorites. I'm skipping some steps but basically Mapquest.com can always find the address you're looking for. I don't have the liftgate kick option so I don't know about that.

You need to set your left side to Split Power and your right side to Instantaneous Fuel. Then it will look like the empower display. Actually all you would have to do when you are in My View is press the up arrow once and you would be in the empower display. Then you could create something else to display in My View. I hope this helps.

Okay here's my first 50 mpg post. :sing_rain: I drove from 25 to 35 mph on mostly flat roads in stop and go traffic.

I saw another C- Max today and one yesterday in Myrtle Beach. The picture with two C-Maxes was mine and one I saw parked by itself. I didn't see the owner so I can only imagine that they either thought I was nuts to park beside them in the middle of nowhere or they kind of liked it.

It kind of felt like I was a teen in my boyfriend's car getting ready to take off as fast as we could but this time neither of us burnt rubber. We just purred away.

This afternoon my husband and saw a Prius sitting at the light beside us. When we turned to look at him he smiled and gave us the thumbs up. That made my day! :happy feet: I was so proud of Max. My husband rolled down the window and asked the man how much mpg he gets. He said that he gets 50 mpg going 55 mph and about 43 in the city. Then we told him our averages. We waved again and shh....ed on down the road. :shift:

I agree with everyone! This forum is the icing on the cake to owning a C-Max! Thanks everyone for giving so much goodness (in every sense of the word) to this forum!

I understand now Salsaguy, thank you. I also played instruments. Not the guitar so the way you described the chords I understand. BTW I played the flute and clarinet. I still have the flute and rarely play it.

My husband and I are sort of looking for a new home. Yesterday we looked at some beautiful condominiums up on a mountain in the burbs. We climbed and climbed

I saw an ice storm for sale at the local Ford dealership so I'll have a twin soon. My neighbor saw mine in my garage today and said it looks blue. She thought it was green the first time she saw it. Gotta love this color!

It does look gray on gray days but when it's in the sun it is pretty. The only car color I had that looked its best in cloudy weather was my 1999 300 M. it was a platnum color. I also have the light leather seats and wouldn't be happy with the dark seats. The light seats seem to go best with the ice storm too. I wonder if anyone has or has seen an ice storm color with dark leather seats?

We've had for the past couple days so Max was dirty. I'm happy It doesn't show the dirt much but when the sun came out this morning I was outside washing it. Now it looks sea foam green

Mine were erased too. I just had EV again for the first time today and I didn't think much about it but the distance that it came on was closer to my house.
