  1. How long are the hills you "Punch"? Are they miles long or short like a quarter mile?
  2. I had the update today and here's the results. I made notes under the pictures. This picture is the end of the trip with pre update. This picture is the end of the trip post update. I used cruise control because there was heavy traffic and lots of hills. It seemed like the most efficient way to track the mpg. Half of the trip was at 65 and the other half 70. I also had a few times that I had to deal with traffic and slow down etc. Look Mom no hands :skateboard: Don't try this at home. There was no traffic around me and I was very careful taking this picture. :camera: This of course is 70 mph on EV.
  3. How many miles would be a sufficient run? I'll be having mine done tomorrow.
  4. I love both of these wallpapers. Where did you download them? Here is my favorite: I like this because it really shows up well on the MFT screen. I also have others in my album at http://fordcmaxhybridforum.com/gallery/album/85-c-maxgo-wallpaper/

  11. I gave Max a rest this weekend. :sandman:My husband got a new car so we're driving his car. I have to keep quiet :secret: even though all I want to do is drive Max. :kookie:
  12. Hum.... :detective: Very interesting. I'll have to ask the service department when I take my car in for service. Thank you for the idea.
  13. :detective: Does anyone know if it is possible to have the Automatic/kick liftgate added after purchasing? After using Max for four months my husband and I both wish we would have gotten the automatic liftgate. Neither of us are mechanically inclined so it would have to be done by a professional. Thanks for your help.
  14. I've got my appointment for the PCM on Tuesday but they said they don't have the parts for the headliner so I'll go for that another time. I'm looking forward to seeing what the difference will be.
  15. Welcome to the C-Max forums. Sorry to hear about your misfortune. Hopefully it means that something better is coming along! Good luck.
  16. I saw the C-Max sitting on the dealer's lot and didn't look closely. I assumed that they had it in the back because of the upcoming headliner update. I called my dealer today and was told that they didn't have any parts for the update.
  17. Ya know what you're right. Now that I compare it to a picture of the Escape I see the lights on the bumper. Thanks for the correction. Mark that one off my list.
  18. Here's one I saw last week in Myrtle Beach. While I was in Myrtle Beach I looked at the Ford dealership parking lot and saw a Ruby Red hiding behind their building. I suppose it was there because of the update to the interior roof.
  19. I let my husband drive while I sat in the back with a friend and her husband sat up front. It was a completely perspective and I enjoyed it along with being very comfortable. I could still see the empower screen so I was able to coach my husband ;0)
  20. I love my Ice Storm! As soon as I saw it I knew it was the color for me. I really like the color best on sunny days when it appears more blue. When I wash it the blue sings to me and makes me feel cool and clean like the car soon looks.
  21. That happened to me last week when I washed my car. :sing_rain: This time I waited and waited until no rain was forecast :future: and a week and a half later I got to wash it. :waiting: :cleaning: I've got my fingers crossed that the 40% chance of rain tomorrow will be a 60% chance that it won't. :secret: Love these new emoticons! :flirt:
  22. Here's another option for those who don't want to use a magnet. I found a rubber pen holder at Office Max. It will hold the typical stylus that's the size of a pen. The back of it is sticky so it can stick to the dash. It's called a Pen - Pal. It comes in a variety of colors. It was up front near the registers in one of those bins with a bunch of stuff in it. We bought it for my husband's new car. In the picture below it is not attached to my table so it looks a little unstable but if it were attached it would attach right below where Pen - Pal is embossed.
  23. I washed Max this morning. :clapping: Now he's sparkling clean. :bliss:
