  1. Got my check today by US Mail. :happy feet: Paul
  2. Got my check by US Mail today! :happy feet: This car just keeps getting better and better. Thanks FORD! :) Paul
  3. Wait a minute, the Nut behind the Wheel can make the biggest difference(-10 to +30mpg). LOL More than anything else! :) Paul
  4. HA HA, Gee is that Good or Bad? LOL :) Paul
  5. " I recorded this last year." so what do you think the noise is? :) Paul
  6. Maybe a little bit, but as it turned out I had a bad rear wheel bearing that had been bad for a long time that was making the noise. When replaced the car got quieter, YE! :) Paul
  7. Premium does help some, one MPG or so for me, I like Pure Gas better maybe 2MPG or so. I use reg 90% of the time, because it's cheaper to run. If you can find some Pure Gas try it out to see how much of a improvement it makes. I have gotten over 62mpg on two tanks using it. :) Paul
  8. That is what I thought, but the sound seems to be coming from underneath the car. When I hear the sound I turn the car on and off and the noise goes away. I was thinking the fuel pump maybe, but not sure. :) Paul
  9. I think it is safe to say you are beating EPA and CR numbers. Good Job! :) Paul
  10. I got 65K miles at 49-50psi and could have gone to 70K miles, but I was planning to do long road trip and worried about bad weather. :) Paul
  11. Michelin max psi is 51 cold, what's the logic for 55psi? :) Paul
  12. When I looked at it when I had my Escape Hybrid, most people doing the conversions had there warranty up already. :) Paul
  13. I'm assuming that's a Golf term. LOL :) Paul
  14. At this point I think it's safe to say that there are a number problems causing the issue (Dead 12v Battery) . Some of these problems have been fixed, but apparently not yours. Jumper Battery seems to be the simplest short term solution until FORD can figure out your problem. IMO :) Paul
  15. For me the GasPods gave me less than 1mpg, but their still on the car. If I get 70mpg on my next trip then maybe they're(Air Dams and Spoiler) worth 2mpg, we will see shortly. :) Paul
  16. But It's a dry heat. LOL :) Paul
  17. No, I did it because FORD did it. I think with the combination of air dams and spoiler should be worth 1 mpg. We will see on my next record attempt soon. :) Paul
  18. I wouldn't waste my time with the prongs, It worked great the way I did it and It only took 15-20min. at most to install. remember the third attachment slides under outside bumper cover and on the outside of ICE cover. That way you don't have to drill hole for that. If you play around with it you will see what I'm talking about. :) Paul
  19. It's been awhile but now looking at the photos I think you are right. I think I installed them where they looked right from an aerodynamic stand point and it was very easy to drill a couple of holes to install them. I cut off the prongs, they are only in the way. :) Paul
  20. As you would expect A/C draw will be the most at the beginning of trip and goes down when desired temp is reached. The longer the trip, the less average draw . This could mean -5MPG's for short trips and -1 to -2mpg's on long trips. :) Paul
  21. 82.7% EV is real good, It only keeps getting better and they are paying us to do it. :shift: LOL :happy feet: :) Paul
  22. A year and a half ago I posted on Grill Cover Tread test results I got showing that you lose 2mpg for each drop of 10degrees F in temp. This doesn't include losses from A/C and Heater use. You can see this in yearly curve on Fuelly :) Paul
  23. I still think it would be covered under warranty. :) Paul
  24. It would be nice to include % of City to have another data point. I can add that to my list. :) Paul
