I see C-Maxes all the time. This one (I think) caught my eye. South side of Fort Worth with out of state plates. BUT is it a C-Max or a highly modified ??? I turned it off. I'm having a hard time connecting the dots from 10:3# PM last night when I hit the "Engine Stop" to 7:0# this morning when I hit Engine Start? (clock read 10:43 PM when I looked at it) I have 29 entries including 5 email in my phone book. I don't use the phone, might be because I'm retired from "THE" phone co. Had some form of communications device :runaway: stuck to my head 8,10,12,...24, 34 :drop: , hours a day.

I had the carpet pulled back while modifying ours to follow our motor home. The dead pedal would be easy to remove BUT the carpet is formed around it. You would end up with a big useless lump in the carpet.

Years ago I was taught to "always start the motor as soon as you get in the car, then put your seat-belt on, adjust the heat, ac, check your mirrors etc. then put the car in gear." Looks like this is still a good habit to have.

Jus-A-CMax How long does that +/- 50 "high instant MPG" last? A couple of seconds, couple of miles :drool: more? How well do you think using "ICE High MPG" will preform on I 20 in west Texas (80 mph), I 70 in Utah (80 mph), Texas state highway 130 (85 mph). I 20 and I 70 are flat, 130 some hills. We drive all 3. thanks
