  1. TopherTheME, Congrats on your new C-Max! My name is Ashley and I'm the Ford rep here on the forum. I'm here to help with any questions or concerns you might encounter as you learn all about your new ride! :) Ashley
  2. Hi PJFW8, If you'd like me to double check on that for you, you can definitely send me a PM with your VIN. I'll try to see why it told you it was invalid. As far as logging in goes, it automatically checks for the vehicle you signed up for the account with, so it makes sense that it didn't ask you once you were logged in. Ashley
  3. Hi everyone, This is just a reminder that recalls are VIN-specific, and may not apply to every vehicle built within these date ranges. You can check and see any recalls applicable to your vehicle by typing in your VIN at the Ford Owner website. Your dealers are going to be the best source of information going forward regarding the availability of the parts for the recall. Ashley
  4. Hi folks, If you're concerned about whether this recall applies to your vehicle, check out the Ford Owner website. If it applies to you, I recommend keeping in touch with your dealer so you will be notified when the parts arrive to perform the recall. Ashley
  5. I'm so glad to hear that, kostby! Keep on working on those driving techniques and getting 46.7 mpgs will be the new normal. :) Ashley
  6. Plus 3 Golfer, I'm happy to lend a hand if you run into this warning again. Let me know if this happens again and I'll get you in touch with your regional customer service manager. Ashley
  7. kostby, Congrats on the new car. I'm sure you'll have fun hanging out with us here on the forum. :) If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to come find me! Ashley
  8. DragonMommy, Send me a PM with your name, phone number, VIN, mileage, and dealer info. I'll see how I can help! Thanks again, Paul! Ashley
  9. Thanks for shouting me out, Paul! I replied to your PM, aeboi863. Ashley
  10. Hi Matt, I reached out to my technical expert to get an answer for this and was told it is considered proprietary information. Sorry I'm unable to answer this for you! :( Ashley
  11. Matt, I'm excited to hear about your new Fusion! One of my coworkers recently bought the same model you have, and it is a LOT of fun to ride around in. That turbo has an unexpected amount of power! I'm sure you're going to have a blast driving it around. Plus, you'll always be able to hop in the C-Max when you feel like saving some gas. It is the best of both worlds! :happy feet: Let me know if you have any questions! I can lend a hand with the Fusion, as well. Ashley
  12. Bree, I responded to one of your posts in another thread, offering to help. Let me know if you need me! Ashley
  13. Thanks, ptjones and fbov! Bree, Let me know how it goes. If you need a hand, PM me your name, phone number, VIN, mileage, and dealer info. :) Ashley

  17. Hi everyone, If you're having concerns about your coolant levels, having your dealer check for leaks is your best bet. If you still need a hand after that, PM me (or FordServiceCA if you're in Canada) your name, phone number, VIN, mileage, and dealer info. I'll see what I can do to help. Ashley
  18. salman, PM me your name, phone number, VIN, mileage, and dealer info. I'll get this looked into ASAP. Ashley
  19. Hi, folks! Congrats on all the new C-Maxes. :) If you're still awaiting delivery of your car, send me (or FordServiceCA, if you're in Canada) over a PM with the VIN or order number/dealer code, and I'll track it for you! I can't wait to see photos of all the shiny new cars! Ashley
  20. Massie, As wab mentioned, I'm happy to help you with this concern. Unfortunately, in order to send me a PM, you'll need to have 5 posts. You can either find four other things to post about, and then PM me your name, phone number, VIN, mileage, and dealer info, or you can give our Customer Relationship Center a call at 1-800-392-3673, and they can assist you over the phone. Ashley
  21. JacksMax, I'll keep an eye out for your PM. Let me know if you need anything else; it sounds like your dealer got you all squared away. :) Ashley
  22. mxanotcar and Zathrus, If you're having a concern with this and your dealer is unable to assist, PM me your name, phone number, VIN, mileage, and dealer info. I'll see how I can help. Additionally, if you check out p.312 of the third edition of your owner's manual, there are some guidelines and tips for cleaning out your engine compartment. I'd start there if you're looking to spray things out. :) Ashley

    lemon?

Frank (and anyone else interested), There isn't a great way to contact me outside of a PM because I work solely on forums. If there is an urgent concern that needs immediate attention, members can call our Customer Relationship Center at 1-800-392-3673 for help. Otherwise, they can wander around the forum and post a couple times until they can get to me. :) Ashley
