Hi scottwood2, I'm Crystal, the current US Ford Service rep on this forum. Nice to meet you! When Ashley started out on this forum, she did post an intro outlining the ways she (and I) engage with customers. If you missed this post, here's a link: http://fordcmaxhybridforum.com/topic/3310-official-ford-service-rep/ I try to reach out to folks whenever I see that they're having an issue or concern, and many times people reach out to me directly before even posting on these threads. I can't guarantee a particular outcome, but I advocate for you guys however I can. :) Let me know if you have any questions! Crystal

Since you're concerned, mnrobitaille, it might be a good idea to get this in front of your dealer. What's the current mileage? Crystal -

Hi folks, Send me your information in a PM; I'll see what I can do to help. In your message, please include your full name, best daytime phone number, VIN, mileage, and servicing dealership. I'm on the case! :) Crystal -

Hi Bill-N, A vehicle's service history is maintained at the dealership level; I don't believe there's a way for folks to check if a particular TSB or other service action/bulletin has been applied to their vehicle. Crystal

Good idea, Wnuk; let us know what you find out. I'll be here if you need my help. Crystal

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, Jus-A-CMax; I just posted on the thread. :) Crystal

Hi everybody, Like Ashley before me, I don't have direct access to our engineering folks, but I do want to help however I can. Whenever you're having an issue with your battery, I recommend getting it documented and diagnosed at your dealership. This is actually the best way to get concrete data into the hands of our engineering team. Info that is collected at the dealership level is how they discover common issues; from there, they can determine if there's any commonalities among affected vehicles and come up with a solution that will help everyone. Once you've had your trip to the dealership, send me a quick PM so I can alert your regional customer service managers. If you've had a case opened for you in the past, all I'll need is your current mileage and a verification of your best daytime contact info. If this is your first time reaching out, I'll need the whole enchilada: your full name, best daytime phone number, VIN, mileage, and preferred servicing dealership. Crystal

Hi Rick, I'd encourage you to walk back to the service department of your local dealership and have a chat with the service manager. These folks see these vehicles up close and personal and can speak to any concerns you have about a vehicle's longevity. Of course, we have extensive testing procedures in place to ensure you'll have many happy years with your vehicle; our goal is to keep you as a member of the Ford family. Let me know if you decide to pull the trigger and get a C-MAX of your own. :) Crystal

Will do, Jus-A-CMax! Have a great weekend. :) Crystal

Fantastic news, Ed! I'm so glad to hear I was able to help. :) Thanks, MIchaelM! I appreciate the shout-out! Crystal

HI Dmitriy, I'm Crystal, the new Ford Service rep on this forum; nice to meet you! As Plus 3 Golfer recommended, getting your vehicle diagnosed and documented at the dealership is the best course of action. This is the ideal way to get data about your vehicle logged in our system and to get any information about trending concerns into the hands of our engineering folks. Let me know if there's anything else I can do to help. Crystal
-
Hi Ed, I'd like to look into this and see how I can help. Shoot a PM my way with your full name, best daytime phone number, VIN, current mileage, and servicing dealership; I'll start researching some ways to assist. Crystal

Thanks, kostby! Let's hope our paths only cross for good reasons. :) I have been on quite a few forums, komondor; when I first started out I was on Flex, Fiesta, Focus, and Escape forums. Thanks for the welcome; nice to "see" you again! Hi, Kelleytoons! Yep, we have an in-vehicle technology (IVT) agent as well; here's a link to their profile: http://fordcmaxhybridforum.com/user/1703-fordivtteam/ Feel free to send them a PM with your questions; I know they'll be happy to help! :) Crystal
