A/C is "on" whenever I turn on the Climate Control

Hi everyone, If you take a look at the 3rd printing of your owner's manual, pages 151-154 go over the various climate control settings and how to best utilize them. If you are concerned that your C-Max is not operating in the way it is described in the manual, make an appointment to have your dealer take a look and let me know. I'll see how to best assist. salsaguy, Because dealers are independently owned and operated, it is hard for me to guess how each dealer will go about getting this recall taken care of on the existing vehicles on their lots. They won't be able to sell them until the recall has been performed, however. Your best bet is to give the dealer and call and ask about their stock and whether they've been able to take care of the stock yet, that way you'll know before you get there to look. If you order your C-Max, it will have any recalls performed before you pick it up. Ashley -

Tom, As someone else mentioned, not having the brake depressed completely could cause this concern. If you think your C-Max is not operating properly, however, I recommend making an appointment to have the dealer take a look.
