Hi, everyone! I'm Crystal, your brand new FordService rep here on the forum. I'll be taking the place of Ashley, helping you guys with the same questions and concerns she's assisted with in the past. I've been on Ford's Social Media team for two years now; if you've been on some of the other Ford vehicle forums, you may have seen me around. :) Please feel free to reach out and say hello as I get myself acquainted with this forum and the people on it. bob, I recommend having your dealer take a look if the tire pressure, etc., suggestions don't help improve your fuel economy. If you end up going that route, make an appointment at the dealer and then send me a private message with your name, phone number, VIN, mileage, and dealer info. I'll see how I can help. Ashley

Gerald, I'm glad that roadside assistance was able to come out and get you back on the road. If you run into any additional concerns with that, let me know. As far as the clock goes, because you mentioned the SYNC system, I'm thinking our SYNC/MFT experts are going to be the best option for you. Once you've got the 5 posts you need to send a private message, send one to FordIVTTeam. Someone there will lend you a hand. Ashley

Dana, I am a Ford employee. I will use the information to review your records and then get your regional customer service manager involved in your case. I do not have a phone at my desk, so I can't call, but if you prefer to speak to someone via phone, you can call our Customer Relationship Center at 1-800-392-FORD.
