It will graph the answer as well as tell you what the cheaper method is. You can also enter in the Purchase price of the Energi and Hybrid and it will tell you how many years until you break even with the C-Max Energi purchase price premium (say that 5 times fast).

Neither of those scenarios happen with the Ford OEM system. Also, w/ Scenario 2, you cannot start the car with the doors open.

Hmm, I wonder if we will be able to reverse engineer the hood seal for the 2013 model. Oil I'm not too sure about since they may have changed something in the engine to support a lower viscosity.

I concur. My GPS will every once in a while put me off the road several feet from where I am. I think this MFT 3.6 update tries to compensate by "rubber-banding" you back to the road your on (which I think is what the improved location info in MFT is about). It can only compensate so much for bad data from the GPS module though.

That's awesome, I have a bluetooth ODB sensor and Torque Pro already (used it on my exploder), but I have yet to get around to using it with the C-Max. Can you make a quick list of the PIDs/Sensors you are using? That would be convenient, as I think the ones on the forum are spread around (could be wrong).

They do need both keys if they reprogram body control module (I ran into this situation when I was having my remote start switched out). Maybe your dealer always says that just in case.

The cool thing about 3.6 is the on-screen help makes it easy to learn the commands, and in no time, you'll have it memorized.

"voice settings" pause "interaction mode advanced". She'll basically talk less. Instead of "say a command" after you hit the button, you'll just hear the ding. You can choose it through the settings menu too.

Ford does not equal dealer. Sounds like your issue is with the dealer.

I'm curious as to what features that are being locked out you want? The only thing that ever gets locked out for me, is anything related to the keyboard. That gets enabled as soon as I stop (don't have to be in park). I'm curious if blocking that command would screw up the hybrid display on MFT (not that that is mission critical).

Are you sure EV+ is enabled? It's disabled by default, maybe the update turned yours back off.

IIRC, the only thing I've ever heard about not downloading correctly was the MFT 3.5.1 update. People who have reported problems with 13B07 is because the correct version of software was not on the laptop used for updating. (Seems like a training/not following instructions issue, but I could be wrong.)
