I'm sure your dealer will be very anxious to have the paint issues fixed. As to your cell phone, I saw in the fine print, somewhere, that a nearly dead phone battery will make Sync work poorly.

Ah. That's probably the issue. I put all my music into iTunes. I do have a PC, but did iTunes because of the iPod Touch.

What does the coaching screen say about your driving? Perhaps you aren't doing something correctly? If your driving is fine, then I would contact the dealer. This morning it was in the 40s and I was late for work, so I drove like a maniac. I got 38. On the way home, I drove normally and got 47.

Okay, I haven't tried this on the C-Max, only my Escape. I tried to put my music on a thumb drive (or whatever they call them now), but the Escape MFT wouldn't play them because it is not licensed to stream from that mechanism, or something like that. So I put my music on my phone and called it a day. But I see some of you are making this work. How?

I don't know anything about the fuse. But... I stopped using my ipod touch with my Escape MFT because it would cause all sorts of problems and stop playing. I figured it was because I have a first generation Touch.

Got caught in a little rain storm the other day - not a huge deluge like we get in the summer. But suddenly I saw a benefit to the hugely slanted front windshield. I didn't even have to have the windshield wipers on. The rain just rolled up and off the glass.

You can reset your lifetime mpgs to start whenever you want.

I've also not noticed a difference with the air conditioning on. However, it's not baking hot here yet. I probably need to spend the money on a good sun shade in order to help out once summer hits.

I love my C-Max. I know that there are problems with the software and MFT, etc., but those will eventually get better as updates come along. I'm mostly concerned with the comfort, feel, and drive-ability of the car. For me, it's perfect. I completely understand that when I follow the rules of hybrid driving and the temperatures are nice, I get 47 - 50 mpg. But I also know that when I drive for fun on the highway in order to get to my location without being bored in traffic, I'm going to lose some mpgs; though I'm still getting in the 40s. I simply love this car. We're finally closing in on the buy back deal for my Escape, and I must say that my dealership - Jarrett Gordon Ford in Davenport, FL, has worked out the most fantastic deal for me. I'm glad I chose to buy from a small, family-owned dealership as opposed to the larger dealership in Orlando. I'm simply thrilled. Now, if only I could get the rest of my life to work out so smoothly... :)

I control pandora through my phone. So, download pandora onto your phone, dire it up on your phone, turn on the phone's bluetooth, turn on car, and then stream pandora through the car's bluetooth. You can use the car touch screen to pause and play but will need to do everything else on the phone.

Interesting. The Ford site does say that applink is available on C-Max, but doesn't specify which ones. I'm okay with using Bluetooth, but with the applink version, you can do thumbs up or down, etc., from the screen instead of your phone.

My car does not rattle at all.

You are supposed to be able to use applink to put Pandora onto MFT/Sync. Then control Pandora from the screen instead of from your phone. I just can't get it to happen.

I prefer Pandora over Sirius. And no matter how many times I read the instructions, I'm simply unable to understand how to get Pandora on to my MFT sync. Currently, I do run Pandora over bluetooth. Anyone understand how to do this?

My A4 card will NOT work. My nav is dead in the water with it installed. I have to wait until I can update the system, or the nav, or something. I'm currently using an A3 card.

There not available. The dealership had one and gave it to me. But I can't use it until the upgrade is available.

My Dad brought CDs to listen to on our road trip in the Cmax.

I've got the Ruby Red with the dark interior - whatever it is they call it. I love it. I would have preferred the candy blue, though. I like a color that doesn't look like everyone else's car, and I want people to see me coming down the road (and get out of my way). I did not want leather, so I was restricted as to the other options that I did want. I would love the rear camera, but it wasn't an option on the SE. Everything else is fine. Though it's nice to have the tailgate open and close 'automatically,' I'm always worried that that's just one more thing that can go wrong.

Of course, it could be worse. The Fiesta has nothing but an arm rest and a cup holder.

True, I would like a few more convenient nooks and crannies. My Dad was trying to find a place to put his CDs, and I kept saying, "No room in there" at everything he looked at.
