I ordered mine on feb 2nd. Vin was assigned 2 weeks later(last Sat) build date was this past Thurs. 28th. My dealer says my arrive by this weekend. If I can believe them. My window sticker says delivery method CONVOY. ( by truck) Dealer told me that most are loaded on train cars and sent to Tenn distribution center then trucked to dealers from there. Look at your window sticker and see if it says TRAIN as delivery method. I'm just across the state line so they will put mine on the truck at the factory instead of shipping to Tenn first. I'm getting exited now. I ordered mine with remote start so the dealership will have to install it when my car comes in. I will be waiting knowing my car is here and can't pick it up yet.

Ok If you figure it out please post the solution. I'm sure everyone would like to know how to turn on the rear vents

Check the touch screen for a button that says rear. If c max has this option the botton should be lower right corner of the climate screen

I was looking for green to. Looks like if you sell a hybrid green should be a color option

My mom drove her car for 10 yrs before she found out the back seats folded flat to expand the truck space

My dealer has 4 on the website now. One is mine as soon as it comes in. They had one last week on the lot gray SEL it sold already. 3 more on order besides mine.

Not yet. It was built Thursday. If the dealer is correct It should be delivered next week

I to live outside of the city and drive 35 miles (one way) to work per week. I take the interstate at 65 mph. 20 miles is outside of the city and 10 city highway mile with slow stop and go traffic. Add 10 more miles outside of the city with construction and orange barrels starting later this month. I might get up to 65 for 10 mins or so on the highway. Taking an extra 15 mins. and cruse the back roads home isn't a bad thing after all.(oh yea!!! I will get better mpg to boot) win win Thank You C Max

Sounds about right for your delivery Jay. I ordered my car on Feb. 2nd. The VIN was assigned 3 weeks later on the 23rd. The build date was the 28th. My dealer said delivery is about 2 weeks from the time the VIN is assigned, which would put it next week for me.(HOPEFULLY if you can believe what the dealers say). On my window sticker it has as method of delivery CONVOY, that means by truck. I'm only 4 hrs form the factory just across the state line in north central Ohio. Look at your window stickers method of delivery bet it says TRAIN. I'm told that the cars are put on a train and shipped to a distribution center in Tenn. Then they are trucked out to dealers from there. So it depends on how long it sits at the factory and distribution center before shipment. as to when you get your car. Hope this helps you.

My dealer said that delivery is about 2 weeks after vin is assigned. If that is the case I should be getting mine next week sometime. I'll keep you posted.

My VIN was assigned Saturday and was built today

My silver SEL 302 package, interior protection package, and remote start was born today. Maxie should be sitting in a lot outside the plant waiting to be trucked down. I'm feeling the excitement now knowing she will coming in soon.

I order a silver SEL with 302A package Febuary 2nd.It was just asigned a vin number this past Saturday. I looked up my window sticker and the build date will be Thursday Feb 28th. I expect delivery within 2 weeks of the build date. :happy feet:

I was out shopping yesterday and stopped by the dealer. They told me that convoy means delivered on a truck. They had a gray SEL on the lot. I stood there looking at it for a a half hour. I can't wait!!!!!!

I got the black leather. I'm in the cold weather here in Ohio so doesn't matter about dark interior. It only hot here a couple of months out of the year. Got a question. My window sticker says CONVOY as method of delivery. Does that mean they are driving it down or putting it on a truck? If they drive it I should get it very soon, but will put miles on it. It's better than shipping it to Tenn. and bringing it back to Ohio I guess. Have fun driving your new C Max

Congrats Allen I just got my vin and mine will be built on the 28th. This is the place to read up on everything C Max. You will know how to do everything in your car by the time it arrives. If not just ask. We will help

Just got my vin and looked up my window sticker. Maxie's birthday will be Feb 28th I'm getting excited now

My dealership puts the car on they're website as new inventory as soon as the vin is assigned. Nothing about time of delivery or even if the car is on the lot. They must do that on purpose to get people to call or stop in looking for the cars. There are 2 on the website now that are not delivered yet.

Congrats!!!!! :shift: You waited long enough. I just started the wait. Only 2 weeks for me. I hope my current car last until I get my new baby Maxie. I don't want to put any more money into my 12 yr. old car. I happy for you. Keep us posted on your milage and any problems (none I hope) Hopfully see you and hubby in Michigan this summer.

You would think I would see them around. The lots here are selling them as fast as they come in. I haven't seen one on the road yet. Ordered mine on the 1st of Feb. I expect to recieve delivery in May.

Thanks for the heads up. I will check for the mechanical keys when I pick up my SEL while at the dealership.
