    I never have that problem, all mapping information (although slow to refresh during turns) is accurate down to the intersection I stop in real time. Have the dealer check your GPS receiver antenna.

    Its the American way. I used to work with these Japanese technicians on an integration project for DOD and they marveled at how Americans approach problems. They told me "In America you fix blame, in Japan we fix problems."

    When our temps dropped into the 20's last week I noticed on ICE shutdown the engine temp would drop rapidly causing ICE restart. They need the water pump to have a variable speed motor to control engine temps better in colder conditions.

    I discovered this by accident when the wife, a native of Long Island, had no problems with Sync understanding any command. She told me to talk to Sync like its a New Yorker.

    Try using short and abrupt commands such as "Call Home" or "Call Sue". I have better success since I started using that technique.

    My Passat does that after 15 minutes, always thought it was a diesel thing.

    Your experience in those conditions blows a huge hole in all the other media low mpg reports. It hasn't been widely reported yet but the sales stats from Toyota and Ford show the C-Max beating Prius V sales again in spite of the bad press.

    I can get that low if I let my C-Max sit idling to deice the windows.

    The Fusion got an acceptable rating in the small overlap which qualifies it for the new top rating of TSP+. http://www.iihs.org/ratings/ratingsbyseries.aspx?id=561 The Camry along with all Toyotas tested so far failed;
