Wonder why they are putting the tape on there in the first place? My SEL had the two outside holes taped but the middle one was open.

Sounds good but I don't want to be first in line for that "upgrade".

I test drove the prius V, you got the right car IMO.

I also bought the rubber mats from Ford, I got them because of the wet weather we get here in Oregon. Our mats fit fine front and rear.

Anyone know when they fixed the wiring harness for water intrusion? Would be good to know when they started building cars with the new harnesses.

That is terrible gas mileage. Almost sounds like it is stuck in ICE mode all the time, (pumping gas even when the engine is off). What does your Ford dealer say about the mpg?

Text to voice works on my iphone 4 too, did you enable sync on your phone under bluetooth settings? Its weird getting a txt message from a guy and having a womans voice read it to you.

At least they didn't zero the odometer. If they found any problems during QC they probably fixed them too.

Very creative, can't you just leave the car running when you go in to eat with the doors locked or do you have to use the remote start after leaving the car?

I suppose its possible Ford broke-in your car at the factory, they may take a car off the line occasionally for quality testing. Then after testing they could zero out the odometer and put it back in with other production cars to be purchased. If your mileage doesn't improve over time then that may have happened.

I have the dark leather seats and it does seem warm in there during the daytime, they look great though.
