You can contact them here. ;) Hey guys, Ford Motor Company will repair those vehicles specifically mentioned in a recall announcement and programs are VIN specific. If a program is announced on a specific component, Ford will notify you by mail. Should you receive a letter, we suggest you contact your dealer as soon as possible to schedule an appointment. All recall and customer satisfaction program repairs must be completed by an authorized Ford Dealer and will be performed at no charge. Please keep me posted, and have a wonderful day! :) Tricia

  4. Sixfoottallgirl, If this symptom persists, I recommend taking your vehicle to a Ford Dealer to be diagnosed. Also, what’s the current mileage? Once this info is received, I can check out available options to assist on my end. Are you inquiring if your vehicle has the ability to make all windows go back up?   14. Thanks for sharing this link for the 2014, RobMax! RobMax is right, cmaxlen. Check here for your 2013 Owner Manual. On page 187, it also says that there is no need to wait for your engine to warm up. Rachel

I understand it's frustrating; it's quite a process on this end. It's possible that you will need to send in documentation; I'm unable to see what is required individually. Please hang in there, drdiesel1; we will get this figured out! It will depend on when you bought the vehicle, MomsHugs. Please call 1-800-343-5338, then use Prompt 3, and then Prompt 1. It is very important you do not use the directed prompt of 5 because that is not getting you to the best person to handle this currently. I'm glad to see this has been resolved for you, Laurel.   25. Hey everybody! I want to apologize for not stepping on this thread earlier; as you know, I took over recently and am still getting my feet wet. jeff_h is absolutely right. The number to call is 1-800-343-5338, then use Prompt 3, and then Prompt 1. It is very important you do not use the directed prompt of 5 because that is not getting you to the best person to handle this currently. Please send either your case number or VIN to me in a PM and I'll see how I can help. I do know that follow-ups have been set for the end of the month. Rachel
