talk about a real cmax customer experience! you are a walking or should i say driving endorsement/commercial for Ford. love posts like this.

does it let you hook up your phone to the usb cable and use your phone as a USB drive? i thought you could only stream your phone through Bluetooth. i would think an intermediate app would be required to allow this. i know a usb thumb drive by itself will work but not a whole phone.

mtb sometimes your family will stab you in the back sooner and deeper than your friends. and when they know they have you locked in they don't work as hard as a new dealer would to impress you especially if you told them about your bad experiences at another dealer. the new dealer would normally go out of their way to impress. remember the old dealer wants to get new buyers of cars not satisfy current customers who already spent their cash. ever get cable or internet? New customers get the sweet deals while the 10 yr loyal customers get squat and higher bills.

wind rain is nowhere as powerful as those high pressure wand washes. id stay away and hand wash it yourself with your hose on a slower stream.this helps the water sheet off to help with the waterspots.

great. I'm surprised more here haven't commented yet about this feature. i too plan to get the 303a package when we get our CMax.hh i have issues now parallel parking due to not being able to fully turn my neck after my surgery, and with my big Passat it's alot different compared to my last and i cant judge the front and back numbers very well as i can't see them. my new rear camera will help me a lot.can't wait to try the park assist feature.you do have to give it the gas and press the brakes and the car just turns the wheels for you, correct?

Mercedes Benz has a similar commercial for the same kind of computer breaking system. in fact i believe they invented it out were the 1st to have it in their cars.

so i assume doing this procedure of holding the gas pedal down for 25 seconds wont flood the injectors or engine with gas and it knows to cut fuel off since the car is not on but only on ACC mode?

slow pump pressure is also good since it doesn't create turbulent flow and bring up the sediment from the bottom of the tank which will clog your injectors.

looking good. tint makes a white car so much better. white repels the sun so it's much cooler but the glass window is a magnet for UV and heat so it's a must on the C-Max with its huge front window.not too attached to the eyebrow tint though. report back the results and if it helps your mpgs with less ac use or a higher temp setpoint.did you get the 3M tint?

i agree nothing one dealer loves more than to take a customer/business from another bad dealer.

i just got my backup camera installed in my 2012 Passat on Fri and yes I too have the delay for a few seconds after taking it out of Reverse.so yeah it's fun to see folks behind you. sure is handy to see if I'm all the way into my garage and have room in front and back of my car.love it.

how do you know the under coating works if you didn't compare it for months with/without it? can you have it done after you buy it at a cheaper price than the dealer jacked up costs?

i wonder if anyone has purposely added ev+ locations along their route to improve mileage. how many ev+ locations max can you have?

stobro, in sure you're not the only one here who feels the same way.if it was up to just mpg numbers, everyone here would be on the PriusOwnersForum site instead. it's what the cmax offers OVER the Prius that makes believers out of their owners, and even wins over some former Prius drivers to switch teams.

good job job keep it up. yes you need about half of your total miles to be EV miles to get good mpg numbers. even the seasoned Hybrid/prius drivers have something to learn about driving this car.which is why the complaints about Ford cheating the EPA is so funny and all the 1 day reviews of the car where couldn't achieve 47mpg. nothing takes one day to learn.

i assumed they were speaking about an Android phone os version and the number was the version not the date. JellyBean is a codename for a certain of the android system. since they were taking about sync issues i was thinking it was related to ttheir phone. i didn't realize they called they car JellyBean. sorry ;)

I'm not sure what the title of this thread has to do with the discussions here as the android version of JellyBean was never once mentioned in the posts here. please advise.

i think it's a good idea (to pin it) a faq would also help. a beginner's guide the the CMax. i just read here in another thread that a new user has just started using forums for the 1st time in their life because of them buying the CMax. we assume all here are pros at forums. we should all welcome the newbies and hold their hand and welcome with open arms. I'm sure if it gets out of hand the mods step in. not everyone is a techie.we shouldn't hold it against them for loving/buying the C-max

when can you start ordering the 2014's and when do they come off the assembly line?
